Marbella Beach House is a south facing, spacious three bedroomed townhouse situated 130 metres from one of the best sandy beaches in the Marbella area.

Gently shelving, the regularly cleaned beach is ideal for children and offers water sports and a variety of restaurants serving high-quality food in a local atmosphere.  Long sandy walks are possible in either direction, Elviria being a pleasant stroll to the east and Marbella a walk to the west.


Costabella is a mature area consisting mainly of residential Marbella villas, located beach side of El Rosario just 4km east of Marbella "Old Town", shops & Puerto Banus. Malaga airport is a 30-minute drive.  Download map

Marbella Beach House is within walking distance of local supermarkets, newsagents, tennis club and numerous excellent restaurants. Local facilities such as car hire, bus service and cash machines are also easily accessible on foot in El Rosario and Andasol.

It is a conveniently sited base for those who want to enjoy Marbella retail therapy & night life or explore inland areas of the Costa del Sol such as Ronda, Mijas, Casares, Granada, Gibralta etc by car.

The Marbella villa is central for all the Marbella Golf courses and ideal for a tennis holiday group.  El Casco Tennis club with 8 clay and 2 hard courts is walking distance and offers holiday membership plus the excellent Valentinos restaurant.

The evening is the best time to enjoy the tiled roof terrace with its stunning 360-degree sea and mountain views. The sunsets and the sound of the surf are a delight. Gibraltar and the North African coast are visible when there is no heat haze. There is a built-in BBQ, fridge and bar area.

Upper floor   60 m²  floorplan

The property will comfortably sleep seven people. There are two double and one twin bedrooms and a main bathroom. Two bedrooms have south-facing sea views and the third mountain views. The master bedroom also has a balcony, queen size bed and en-suite facilities.  A fold-up bed and child's cot are also provided and these can be used in any room.  All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes. Bed linen, beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Ground Floor  60 m² floorplan

The ground floor is airy and spacious and, like the rest of the villa, has cream marble flooring throughout.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster and all utensils.  There are ample cupboards and granite work surfaces, with a serving area at one end which is open-plan to the dining area and also has a sea view.

A separate utility room has a washing machine, drying rack, iron and a child's high chair. The hallway has a guest cloakroom off.

The large living room and dining area are fully furnished with an open fire, CD player, Sony wide screen TV (Spanish, German, CNN, Eurosport & satellite for basic UK Sky channels) Guests may also use the broadband Internet connection if they have a WiFi enabled laptop. 

The lounge and dining room have two openings onto a private patio area of 38m².  This south-facing patio is enclosed and has a gate to a communal garden and pool, part of which is suitable for children. A summer lifeguard is on duty Jun15 to Sep15 from 12.00-20.00hrs

The front of the house has its own small garden and parking space for one large or two small cars.

11 San Paul De Mar Sur is part of a gated community next to Semarango Beach with entrance by security code.

Built in the early 90s it is mainly occupied by residents from a variety of different European nationalities who enjoy the sun and the beach all the year round.

Until April 2004 the property was owned by a large Swedish company who furnished and equipped it as a Marbella holiday villa for the benefit of their employees.  San Paul is now a private residence which has been updated for holiday villa rental and proved extremely popular since.
